Styla’s success story began in 2012 and ever since we’ve been focusing on bringing innovative software solutions to the eCommerce world. We are extremely proud of our latest product, Styla Frontend, the fastest frontend technology in the world. Headless commerce space, here we come!

Styla’s vision is to bring the benefits of heavy custom-built headless enterprise shops to small and medium sized businesses at an affordable price and without the hassles. Just the way software should be: Self-serve, no-code and freemium! We’re here to help businesses of all sizes to achieve the success of large retail brands quickly and easily.

Getting to know you

In the first call, let our recruiter learn about you and your story to check a potential fit to Styla. This is also a chance for you to ask first questions about the role and company.

Manager’s interview

In this meeting, your future Manager takes a deeper dive into your experience and what you could bring to the team. You can expect questions on how knowledgeable you are in the business or technology area.

Show us your skills

We want to see your practical insight by giving you a task related to what you would do in the position. It might be a presentation on the chosen field or a coding assignment.

Final step

You made it to the very last stage! Here, we want to give you an opportunity to get to know future potential team members and discuss open topics before the final decision is taken.

Do you offer remote work?

We are remote first and you get to decide where you feel most comfortable working. The only thing that matters to us is that your primary location is somewhere in Germany.

How should I prepare for the interview?

Please go through the job description once again and Styla's other web spaces, including social media and the blog to feel our vibe. Be ready to ask your own questions to help yourself better understand if you might be a good fit to each other.

What does Styla's work culture look like?

We look for a potential long-term match during interviews. We'll assess you on passion, drive, and the willingness to 'own your job'. We look to add owners and change-makers who grow based on 'learning-while-doing', to the team.
